I met this precious little girl, who is Brave & Beautiful, that just so happens to have leukemia. But that doesn’t define who she is. She’s a fighter, she is strong, and she’s a child of God. I was honored to capture these images and look forward to celebrating & capturing images of the day they walk out of the hospital, arms in the air, cancer free!! We are praying for you Lyla.
The words ‘childhood’ and ‘cancer’ should never be put together. But despite how much we don’t want to think about it – it happens. And when it happens, there must be a community of people willing to do something to help.
